  • Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Practice Groups, all levels welcome, drop-ins too.
    • 10-session series running weekly on Tuesdays from 7-8 pm and Thursdays from 10-11 am beginning Sept 5 (space limited to 12 per group; members enjoy discount).
    • Guided meditations, topic-based discussions, teachings and shared practice.
